Our system matches you with the closest available professional chauffeur in a luxury European vehicle. If you have used the Preferred Driver feature, we assign your saved driver when they are available. You receive a confirmation with your driver's name, vehicle details and contact number.

Your chauffeur arrives at your pickup location on time, every time. For airport pickups, we track your flight in real time and adjust to delays — no extra charge. Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of free waiting time; international arrivals include 60 minutes.

Can I book a chauffeur for a full day?

Yes. Our hourly hire option is perfect for wine tours, day trips, business itineraries and special events. Your chauffeur stays with you for the entire booking, waiting at each stop and driving you to the next. Fixed hourly rate with no hidden charges.

What vehicles are available?

Our fleet includes the BMW 5 Series sedan (4 passengers), Mercedes GLE SUV (4 passengers, extra luggage), Mercedes V-Class people mover (6 passengers), Mercedes S-Class First Class (3 passengers, VIP), and Mercedes Sprinter minibus (10 passengers). All vehicles are luxury European marques.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes. Child seats and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please specify when booking so we can have the appropriate seat fitted before pickup.
