If you book cars for someone else, the job is rarely the booking itself. It is knowing which card to charge, remembering that the CFO wants the same driver as last time, and finding out at 4pm that the 6pm pickup has moved.
The AUSZ corporate portal exists for that job. This is what it actually does.
Everyone who needs to see the trip, sees the trip
Bookings billed to your company appear for everyone in your corporate group — not only the person who made them. If you are covering for a colleague on leave, their bookings are already in front of you.
Personal bookings made by the same people on their own cards never appear in the portal, and a staff member who leaves does not take the company's trip history with them. The two are kept separate deliberately.
Book for people who will never log in
Most executives will not install anything. They should not have to.
The portal keeps a shared passenger list for your company. Add a name and mobile once and it is there for every booker in the group — no re-typing, no chasing a phone number while a car is waiting.
When you book, you choose the passenger from that list. The trip is theirs; the account is the company's.
One company card, without handing out the number
Cards are added once and then shared with the group or assigned to specific people. A booker charges a card without ever seeing the number, and access is withdrawn by unsharing it rather than by cancelling a card everyone is using.
Which card paid for which trip is recorded against the booking, so reconciliation later is a matter of reading rather than remembering.
Changing a booking without a phone call
Plans move. In the portal you can change:
- Pickup and drop-off addresses
- Date and time
- Vehicle type
- Passenger count, luggage, child seats
- Flight number
- Passenger name and phone
- Notes for the driver
Two things make this different from emailing a change and hoping:
You see the new price before you commit. If moving a booking changes the fare, the portal shows you the new figure first.
The driver confirms. Your change goes to the assigned chauffeur, who accepts or declines it. Until then the original booking stands, so there is never a window where you think it moved and the driver thinks it did not.
Notes reach the driver
A note added in the portal goes to the chauffeur. This sounds obvious; it is worth stating because a booker's instructions being lost between the portal and the car is exactly the failure that makes people stop trusting a system.
Ask instead of navigating
The portal includes an AI assistant. Describe what you need in plain English — a car for Thursday, same driver as last week, on the marketing card — and it drafts the booking for you to confirm.
It is there for the days when you are doing this between other work and would rather type one sentence than fill a form.
The two things that are not in the software
European vehicles only. Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Audi. Not a category filter with a range of outcomes — the fleet is the fleet.
Preferred Driver. Your executive can save a chauffeur they got on with and have the same person on every future trip. No rideshare platform offers this, and it is the feature assistants tell us matters most, because "the one who knows the building" is a real thing.
Getting set up
- Ask us to create your corporate group. We will add the first administrator.
- That administrator adds the rest of the team from Members, and marks who else can administer.
- Add your company card under Payment methods and share it with whoever books.
- Build the passenger list as you go — the first booking for each person adds them.
There is no per-seat cost for the portal. It exists so that the people who book get a tool built for booking rather than a consumer app used sideways.
What it does not do
It does not replace your travel policy, approve spend, or connect to an expense system. If that is what you need, tell us what you are using and we will tell you honestly whether we fit.
*Fares, tolls, airport parking, after-hours and event surcharges are set out in the AUSZ Terms and Conditions. Tolls and airport parking are passed through at cost and itemised, not marked up.*
Talk to us about a corporate account and we will set up your group and walk your team through it.
