Fetch the Bride, in One Route
The morning run collects from more than one address and arrives at the venue together. Add the stops to a single booking and the chauffeur drives the route you planned — a stop written in the notes is a stop the route does not contain.
Keep the Car for the Day
Book by the hour and the car stays with you between the ceremony, the photographs and the reception. Waiting between stops is part of the hire, not an extra to settle on the day.
Cars for Everyone in the Party
Sedans and SUVs for the couple and parents, a 6-seat people mover for the bridal party, a 10-seat minibus for a larger group. Bigger coaches for guest transfers are arranged on request.
Guests Flying In
Put each guest’s flight number on their booking and the pickup follows the aircraft. Free waiting at an airport is your nominated delay after landing plus 30 minutes.

Save a chauffeur as a Preferred Driver in the app and request them next time — the rehearsal, the day itself, the airport runs for the family. It is the thing rideshare cannot do.
White Ribbon Fitted
A wedding booking includes a white ribbon, fitted before the car arrives. That is the decoration we provide — flowers and anything else are yours or your florist’s, and the chauffeur will not object to them going on the car.
Children in the Party
Child seats are fitted by age — rear-facing, forward-facing or booster. Tell us how many seats you need when you book and the chauffeur brings them.

Jenny Chiu is a Melbourne civil marriage celebrant, reception MC and wedding planner with more than 13 years in the industry. She works in Cantonese, Mandarin and English — all three, every day — and plans weddings in Australia, Hong Kong and Japan.
She is a Commonwealth-registered civil celebrant. Her recent awards include #1 Winner, Celebrant & MC Melbourne (Wedding Industry Awards 2026) and #1 Winner, Wedding Planner Melbourne (2025).

Jenny’s services are booked directly with her and charged by her. AUSZ provides the cars and the chauffeurs, and speaks only for the transport.
